Our role in projects ranges from financial partner with development and construction management responsibilities to build-to-suit and capital improvements. We are experts in identifying sites based on project requirements, financial analyses, smooth acquisition, budgeting, scheduling, coordination of facility design, team assembly and full project management.

We communicate clearly with clients, design professionals, contractors and the community to ensure projects are achieved on time and on budget.
We have a long history of successful projects in Atlantic Canada on both our own behalf and for various owners in the private and public sectors. Recent work includes the construction of 137 Venture Run and 100 Venture Run (two new office buildings in our HGL portfolio) and tenant fit-ups for Accel Physiotherapy and RSA/Johnson Insurance. Nova Scotia Signature Resorts, Pier 21, Halifax Regional Municipality and the Province of Nova Scotia are just a few of the clients we’ve worked with.
