Each year, on Newfoundland’s Heritage Day, the City of St. John’s takes the time to recognize businesses for their outstanding heritage restoration efforts and commitment to protecting the province’s identity through smart heritage development. We’re happy to announce that this year, our MIX project team has received the award in the category of “Rehabilitating an Older Building, Including Successfully Integrating Modern Elements”. On behalf of the Hardman Group, we’d like to say “thanks” to everyone who has worked on bringing 345 Duckworth Street (MIX) back to the City of St. John’s. As project manager, Janet Gomes accepted the award on our behalf.
