Services - Market Square The Hardman Group Limited has been instrumental in
defining the vision and re-development strategy for Market Square since
assuming the management of the property in 1993. This strategy has included
the identification of new tenant opportunities to reduce excess common
area, redefining the traffic flows and leasing plans within the center
to improve Tenant accessability and visibility and refurbishing the
common area finishes and furniture to create a more welcoming visitor
environment. In 1999, The Hardman Group Limited became the owners of
Market Square.
The innovation demonstrated by the Hardman Group in the redevelopment project was recognized in 1996 by the International Council of Shopping Centres when Market Square was selected as the national winner in the Renovation and Redevelopment Category at the annual Canadian awards ceremony.
