In July of 1999, Pier 21, Canada's National Immigration
Museum, opened its doors to the public on the Halifax
harbourfront. The Hardman Group Limited, acting as
development and project managers, were instrumental in
assuring that this complex renovation was completed on time
and within the $10,000,000 budget.
The 41,000 square foot facility
houses a 100-seat state of the art high tech theatre, an interactive
high tech exhibition hall, a welcome pavilion consisting of a gift shop
and cafe, and a multipurpose hall for banquets and live performances.
