The Halifax Regional Municipality retained the Hardman Group to coordinate the design and construction of a new seven-level $10.3 million parking facility built in Downtown Halifax. The structure is owned by the municipality and operated by the Hardman Group through a 25-year management agreement. The fully automated MetroPark opened in April, 2002 and includes 4,855 square feet of retail space as well as 589 parking spaces. For more information,
