In 1976, the Hardman Group was retained by the Province of Nova Scotia to manage the development of a new multi-use complex in downtown Halifax. The company assisted in site selection, and coordinated the design and construction of this 9,500 seat arena/convention facility. The 60,000 square foot project, valued at $14 million, was completed in 1978 and is now one of the focal points of the region's urban core.
