In 2002, the Resorts Management Nova Scotia Partnership retained the Hardman Group as Project Manager for the renovations and additions being made at the Digby Pines Resort, Liscombe Lodge and the Keltic Lodge. The upgrades and additions were completed over a three-year period with the project being completed in the in the Fall of 2005. The $6 million upgrades, which have enhanced the marketbility of the three resort properties, included:
