Since 1993, The Hardman Group has been instrumental in defining the vision and re-development strategy for historic Market Square - located on Saint John's waterfront. The centre will soon be redeveloped as an additional 40,000 square feet will be added to its floorplate.

The new two-story wing will be positioned along Smythe and Union Streets and will house the new offices of Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc., a current dockside tenant at Market Square. The Hardman Group is now working with Genesys to design and create a modern office space that is large enough to accommodate their current needs while allowing for future growth.

The expansion will build on the growth Genesys is experiencing and will bring more positive changes to the City as the new wing is developed and new tenants are positioned in the dockside space currently leased by Genesys.
