Market Square Expansion

Over the past 20 years, The Hardman Group has been instrumental in defining the vision and re-development strategy for historic Market Square - located on Saint John's waterfront. The centre has recently been redeveloped with an additional 40,000 square feet added to its floorplate.
The two-story wing is positioned along Smythe and Union Streets and houses the new offices of Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc., a long-time tenant at Market Square. Throughout the project, The Hardman Group working with Genesys to design and create a modern office space that is large enough to accommodate their current needs while allowing for future growth.
The expansion builds on the growth Genesys is experiencing and will bring more positive changes to the City.
