Our firm has a long and successful history dating back to 1965 when William B. Hardman developed Avalon Mall in St. John’s under Hardman, Bryson & Associates Limited. Projects in the following years helped establish our reputation in the region and eventually, in 1973, our firm transitioned into The Hardman Group Limited.  We have been in continuous operation since then.

HGL has experienced many changes throughout the last fifty + years, from fluctuations in the real estate industry to changes in technology.  We've  achieved longevity by having the right team in place and by embracing the changes. Our depth of experience in all areas of real estate and development has enabled us to serve a wide range of clients, including trust companies, international insurance companies, banks, national brands as well as all levels of government.
